Today I came across a couple of sites that got my attention as good options for any actual on-line development:
- Ning : A platform for creating social networks founded by Marc Andreessen (mosaic, netscape, and the venture firm Andreessen Horowitz)
- GitHub: collaboration, review, and code management for open source and private development projects. You can use it for free as long as your code is left as open source for any other user or programmer (the venture firm Andreessen Horowitz is the main investor).
If I had to bet over a company that will go as a rocket it will be GitHub, well I think it’s already doing like nobody’s business.
